This notice covers the Booked Up early-access website and interest form at bookedupscheduling.com, including visitors arriving from trybookedup.com.

Who to contact

Booked Up is a product being developed by Michael. For questions about your information, or to ask us to update or delete it, email michael@prunestudios.com. This form is an expression of interest; it does not open a customer account or create a paid subscription.

What we collect

When you apply for early access, we collect your name, email, role, business or shop name, city, country, team size, current booking tool, and what you want to improve. You can choose to provide a phone number and website. Please avoid sharing client information or other sensitive details in the free-text field.

We record your contact consent and its version, the time of your application, and campaign labels in the page URL when present. Our hosting and security services process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the website, verify submissions, and limit abuse.

How we use it

• Review your interest and contact you about Booked Up, your workflow, and early-access availability.
• Understand what barbers and shop owners need as we develop the product.
• Keep submissions reliable, prevent spam, and understand which campaigns bring interest.

Providing a phone number does not enroll you in an automated text-message campaign. We do not sell your personal information.

Services that help us run the site

We use Cloudflare for hosting and Turnstile security verification, Xano to store and process form submissions, and Resend to send relevant emails. These providers process information as needed to deliver those services, which can involve processing outside your country. Access to interest submissions is limited to the people and services that need it to run Booked Up’s early-access process.

The landing page does not use advertising cookies or session recording. Cloudflare may process aggregate traffic and security information. Campaign labels are read only from the current page URL; we do not store form values in your browser after you leave.

Your choices and how long we keep it

We keep your details while they are needed for the purposes above, unless you ask us to stop contacting you or delete your submission. You can withdraw your contact consent, request access or a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing michael@prunestudios.com. We may retain limited records where required to meet legal obligations or maintain security.

If you no longer want to hear from us, let us know by replying to a message or emailing the address above. Withdrawing consent will not affect the handling of your information before that request.

Changes to this notice

We’ll update this page when the early-access process changes. Any later customer account or paid service will have its own applicable terms and privacy information.
